Orders and Shipping
We ship all in-stock orders same-day if placed before 5:00 PM EST, Monday thru Friday.
Saturday, Orders before 12:00 PM EST ship same-day.
No shipping on Sunday.
If you click on “My Account” you will be asked to register by putting in a valid email address that will then send you registration information (via email) to set up an account with us. Fill out the on boarding information then log in with your newly made credentials.
Due to the speed of our shipping, all orders usually cannot be modified after being placed. You can reach out to us via the form on this page and we will do our best to accommodate. Please make sure your order is accurate before placing it.
You can track the status of your order via the “My Account” tab at the top or bottom of the page. We also send out email alerts as your order progresses through our system.
We do not store any credit card information on file. Once a item is purchased, we can only see the last four digits of the card used to purchase. This is only to verify the cardholder and order number in case of return or refund of a item purchased.
We charge 7% sales tax based on our location.
At this time, we are unable to ship Kratom products to Alabama, Tennessee, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin and in these counties – Sarasota County (Florida), San Diego (California), Alton, Edwardsville County & Jerseyville (Illinois), Columbus & Union County (Mississippi), Oceanside (California), Ontario, (Oregon). We also don’t ship to the following countries: Australia, Burma, Denmark, Finland, Israel, Lithuania, Malaysia, Myanmar, Poland, Romania, South Korea, Sweden, Thailand, United Kingdom, Vietnam.
We usually combine orders into one package unless explicitly requested not to. Any requests of that nature are not guaranteed.

From there we can work with you on sending the correct items and issuing the return information for the wrong items received.
We do our best to ship our items in secure packaging. We cannot guarantee your items will be delivered intact once in the hands of the shipping provider. Contact us at [email protected] if your order is damaged. We will evaluate the situation and act according to provide the best customer service possible.

You cannot change a order after submitting, so please make sure you have what you need before purchasing. We can cancel your order if an email is sent to [email protected] before the item is shipped. Due to our fast shipping (usually same day), make sure to send the email as quick as possible to cancel your pending order.
